This is the first mobile concrete batch mix equipment manufactured by Atlas Equipments. The capacity of this machine is 20 m3/hr. When the customer visited us we had the basic design of the equipment ready with us and after seeing the layouts the customer was convinced that this is the perfect machine for my job. The plant is installed at a ceramic factory for its renovation and it is performing well.

This was also the first twin shaft mixer developed by us and it has stood up to the expectations. Some of the features and advantages of the equipment are that it is a fully mobile plant. It uses a twin shaft mixer for homogeneous mixing. The size is compact for easy transportation. Control panel is advanced PLC type with touch screen colour display for ease of use. The assembling of this plant is easy and the plant comes fully assembled from the factory. The plant is prewired with junction box and internal cabling. Accurate weighing mechanism and smooth performance. Towing is easy with king pin attachment and the mobile concrete batch mix equipment can be attached to the back of a trailer easily. Ready mix concrete discharge height is good and discharge into the transit mixer is possible. A separate screw conveyor and cement hopper with a vibrating motor was supplied with the plant for addition of cement. Even the add mixer weighing facility is included in the plant.

The key components of the mobile concrete batch mix plant are: 2 x 2 bin aggregate feeder bins, weighing cum discharge conveyor which is suspended on load cells for weighing of aggregates, twin shaft type mixing unit, cement hopper and screw conveyor for addition of cement from bags, weighing hopper for cement on top of the mixer, water weighing tank on top of the mixing unit, control panel inside a control cabin which is fordable. Along with all these components, an air compressor is also provided with the plant.
