The main components of the batching plant are: 

  • Inline bins for aggregates and sand
  • Weighing conveyor for aggregates
  • Charging conveyor
  • Mixing unit which is twin shaft type for homogeneous and fast mixing
  • Water weighing tank
  • Cement weighing hopper
  • Additive weighing flask
  • Screw conveyor and hopper for cement and air compressor.

There is also provision to add another cement hopper or a cement / fly ash silo if required.
